Join us to learn about health and wellness services, including skin care, heart care, diabetes, cancer and so much more. Southeast Georgia Health System physicians and specialists, as well as community health-focused organizations, are available to offer helpful information about children and adult health care services. Don't miss out on free screenings, free medication reviews with a pharmacist and many more informative and fun-filled activities.</p>
<h3>Free Health Screenings</h3>
<p>Some of the free screenings offered at the Community Wellness Fair include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Blood pressure</li>
<li>Body fat</li>
<li>Bone density</li>
<li>Pulse oximetry (measures level of oxygen in the blood)</li>
<li>Skin cancer</li>
<li>DEXA scan (heel)</li>
</ul>
<p>Heart Health Screenings are also offered, which includes electrocardiogram (EKG) and lipid profile (12 hour fasting necessary). Appointments recommended; call <a href="tel:+855-275-7447">855-ASK-SGHS</a> (<a href="tel:+1855-275-7447">855-275-7447</a>) to schedule.</p>
<h3>Free Medication Review</h3>
<p>Bring all your medication bottles (prescription, over-the-counter and vitamins). A Health System pharmacist will discuss your medications with you.</p>
<h3>Breast Cancer Screenings</h3>
<ul>
<li>Mammograms (screening): Scheduling a mammogram appointment is encouraged; however, walk-ins are welcome. Most insurance plans are accepted and financial assistance is available for qualifying patients. <p>In addition to health screenings, the fair also features food trucks, interactive demonstrations and our popular Teddy Bear Clinic, where kids can bring their stuffed animals for a fun, friendly “check-up.”</p>
<h3>Vendor Participation</h3>
