In order to gain access for the first time, please follow the instructions below:

Login Instructions

Medical Staff

Please use the username you received during EMR training as your User ID. Credentialed providers should use the username you received during orientation. User ID and Password are the same the first time you log in. Once logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight (8) characters and will be case sensitive.

Team Members

Please use the appropriate Campus designation in your User ID along with your Team Member identification number. User ID and Password are the same the first time you log in. Once logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight (8) characters and will be case sensitive.

Team Members whose identification number is fewer than five (5) digits will need to add leading 0's to equal a five digit number. Example:BWK00123!&

Volunteers

Please use the abbreviation VOL along with your Volunteer PIN number as your User ID. Your Password is the same as your User ID the first time you log in. Once logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight (8) characters and will be case sensitive.
