Southeast Georgia Physician Associates–Obstetrics & Gynecology,
a strategic affiliate of Southeast Georgia Health System, offers a full

will discuss your medical history, the reason for your visit and what
you can expect during future appointments. No matter what stage of life

the delivery of your subsequent children or menopause—our obstetricians,
gynecologists, nurse practitioners and midwives will be by your side.

da Vinci® Robotic Gynecological Surgery
The da Vinci robotic surgical system is a high-definition imaging technology
which allows our board-certified obstetricians to perform gynecological
surgeries with unmatched precision and control. Robotic surgery can be
used to treat a number of gynecological surgical conditions, including
the "scarless, single-site" hysterectomy (removal of uterus
and/or ovaries). This innovative procedure results in less blood loss,
fewer complications, shorter hospital stays and a smaller incision compared
to a traditional approach.

Patient-focused Gynecology Care
We take pride in giving patient-focused care, listening to our patient’s
needs, providing guidance and helping you live the best, most healthy
life possible. Annual gynecological exams are essential to ensure continued
health and wellness, and should a condition arise, such as abnormal pap
smears, ovarian cysts or abnormal uterine bleeding, our gynecologists
are there to diagnose and treat your concerns. Many women’s health
conditions, such as pelvic floor disorders, might seem like just an inconvenience
that “everyone” experiences after childbirth, but you don’t
need to suffer in silence. Our gynecologists encounter a variety of disorders
and complications daily and can provide interventions to improve your
quality of life.
