Senior Care Centers
Quality of Life
At the Southeast Georgia Health System Senior Care Centers, we focus on
each resident achieving their highest practicable physical, mental and
psychosocial well-being. We believe in open communication that begins
at the first consultation, continuing through admission and beyond. We
also strive to meet the needs of both residents and families everyday.
Whether you need short-term rehabilitation following surgery or hospitalization,
skilled nursing care or long-term care for assistance with daily living,
we offer a continuum of care.
Quality Care
In collaboration with the resident, family and our multidisciplinary health
care team, we develop person-specific care plans that help residents achieve
and maintain their highest functional potential. Supervised by the medical
director and the resident's attending physician, our nursing staff
provides 24-hour care.
Senior Care Services
Nursing care and therapeutic services are provided for both short- and
long-term residents. Some people require short term care for recovery

assisted living setting, our nursing facility offers the assistance needed.

Healthy Partners Articles
Healthy Partners, Fall 2020
In difficult times, necessity becomes the mother of invention. The Southeast
Georgia Health System Senior Care Centers in Brunswick and St. Marys have
taken that to heart. Outside of each facility stands a collection of diminutive
white cottages, each featuring a covered porch. To prevent the spread
of COVID-19, a protective plexiglass shield divides the climate-controlled
sitting area but stops short of the ceiling.
