Southeast Georgia Health System Welcomes New Vice President of Human Resources

Reale’s areas of responsibility include Human Resources, Organizational Development/Education, Clinical Education, and Health Promotion and Wellness.

During the last 10 years of her career, Kelli has focused on workforce culture and has developed recruitment acquisition strategies that bring highly qualified individuals into positions at all levels of an organization.”

Most recently, Reale served as the assistant vice president, Talent Acquisition, for Inova Health System in Falls Church, Va., where she was primarily responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvements to the talent acquisition process, ensuring both short and long-term needs were met in a timely manner. Prior to that, she was the assistant vice president, Human Resources, for Inova Fairfax Hospital, an 833-bed, nationally recognized regional medical center.

During 1998-2005, Reale advanced her career at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), an integrated global non-profit health enterprise with more than 35 locations and 600 clinical locations. She served as an employment specialist, human resources specialist, human resources manager and then director before being promoted in 2007 to vice president, Human Resources, and an active member of the senior leadership team for Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, followed by UPMC Mercy and UPMC Health System.

Reale holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and performance from Fordham University at Lincoln Center, New York, and a master’s degree in public policy and management, personnel management and labor relations from University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs in Pittsburg, Pa. Additionally, Reale has achieved certifications as a leadership development facilitator and a targeted recruitment and selection behavioral based interviewing facilitator from Development Dimensions International.
