BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Jan. 17, 2012 – Saturday, Jan. 21, is going to
be a “BONEtastic Saturday” at the Southeast Georgia Health
System, 2415 Parkwood Drive, Brunswick, and everyone is invited to attend.
This free event, set to take place from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., will offer
the chance to tour the new Orthopaedic & Spine Center located on the
third floor of the St. Simons Tower. In addition to touring the new Center,
attendees can take advantage of several free health screenings, including
blood pressure, blood sugar, bone density, body fat assessment and grip
strength testing. Medical experts, including members of the new Orthopaedic
& Spine Center medical team, will be on hand with valuable health
educational information and will answer questions anyone might have about
orthopaedic and spine related services and treatment options.
The Orthopaedic & Spine Center has a distinguished staff of board-certified
physicians, who are knowledgeable, experienced and trained in the latest
minimally invasive techniques and treatment options. Highly trained nurses
who specialize in orthopaedic and spine patient care support the compassionate
and excellent care delivered at the new Center. After surgery, skilled
physical and/or occupational therapists begin providing therapy designed
