September 14, 2018 – Southeast Georgia Health System is pleased to
announce the addition of
Norka Perez Romero, AGNP-BC, to the
Community Care Center, a strategic affiliate of the Health System. An adult nurse practitioner,
Perez joins
Samantha R. Meeks, ANP-C to provide primary care services for adults.
In 2000, Perez received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from
Facultad de Ciencias Medicas in Cuba. After many years of working as a
registered nurse, she returned to school to complete her Master of Science
degree in Nursing from Kaplan University in 2015. Perez comes to Brunswick
from New York where she was employed as a nurse practitioner at the Wyckoff
Heights Medical Center Outpatient Clinic. She is a member of the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is fluent in Spanish, Dutch and English.
Conveniently located at 3300 Fourth Street in Brunswick, the Community
Care Center’s hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m-5 p.m.
Services provided to adult patients include primary care, minor illness
