March 16, 2018 – Southeast Georgia Health System Senior Care Center-Brunswick
will host a “Dementia 101” panel discussion presented by Heartland
Hospice Care on Monday, March 26, at 5:30 p.m. The presentation will take
place in the Senior Care Center dining room. Family, friends and caregivers
of people with memory problems are all welcome, and there is no cost to attend.
The interactive panel discussion will cover the full spectrum of dementia
including warning signs, diagnosis, care of the dementia patient, caregiver
burnout, challenging behaviors, disease progression, late stage dementia
and legal considerations. Panelists include:
