July 2, 2018 – Southeast Georgia Health System is now offering mobile
text alerts to keep everyone informed and up to date with Health System
news and events. Subscribers will receive notifications regarding upcoming
events and news and/or emergency alerts directly to their cellphone in
the form of text messages.
Text alerts are especially convenient for people who are constantly on
the go and may not have the time to read the newspaper or check their
email. Registrants will receive updates about Health System construction,
such as office relocations or parking changes, and Auxiliary and Gift
Shop sales, including the ever popular $5 jewelry sale. And with hurricane
season approaching, it’s especially important for the community
to have an easy means of obtaining critical information regarding inclement
weather and its possible impact on Health System services and physician offices.
Text SGHSA to 41400 for construction notifications, emergency alerts, including
inclement weather notices, office closings and office hour updates.
Text SGHSN to 41400 for upcoming event information and news updates, including
health lectures, event registrations and notifications, webinar releases
and Auxiliary sales.
