June 14, 2017 - When a person’s ability to make his or her own personal
decisions comes into question, it can be a confusing and stressful time
for the person as well as for their friends and family. Greg Cox, Ph.D.,
psychologist, and Hillary Stringfellow, J.D., lawyer, Gilbert, Harrell,
Sumerford & Martin, PC, hope to dispel some of that confusion by discussing,

legal aspects of guardianship and conservatorship,” says Stringfellow,

issues and misconceptions to hopefully clarify the process and increase
understanding of both your rights and the rights of your loved one.”
Cox is a psychologist in private practice in Brunswick and has been practicing

degree from the University of Georgia, he earned his Ph.D. from the University
