Health System Announces Plan to Re-admit Evacuated Patients

Southeast Georgia Health System is working diligently to ensure the return of the patients that were transferred out of the hospital during the Hurricane Matthew evacuation late Thursday, October 6th and early Friday, October 7th. For those patients that have not already been discharged, the process of readmission started today and will continue until all remaining patients are readmitted. We appreciate the patience of the families and community as we deliberately work through this intensive process.
