Staying healthy is a family affair. By playing, exercising and planning
nutritious meals together, you can meet your exercise and diet goals and
instill healthy habits for the entire family.
On Tuesday, Feb. 2, Chantal Pierre, ATC, certified athletic trainer with
Southeast Georgia Health System Sports Medicine, will host “Sports
Smart,” a question and answer session focusing on “Staying
Healthy – A Family Affair.”
