Southeast Georgia Health System is pleased to announce the appointment of
Ranie
Howe, MS, RT(R) to the role of director of Radiology Services for the
Brunswick Campus. In addition, Tim Bryant, MBA, RT(R)(N) has accepted
a promotion to manager of Radiology Operations for the Brunswick Campus,
and Diana Cameron, RRT, has accepted a promotion to manager of Radiology
and Cardiopulmonary Services for the Camden Campus.
As director,
Ranie
Howe, MS, RT(R), will be responsible for radiology services on the Brunswick
Campus. A strong leader with more than 14 years experience and
an in-depth
knowledge of radiology operations, Howe comes to the Health System from
Hilton Head Hospital in S.C., where she served as director of Imaging
Services. Prior to that, she was the system radiology manager at Physicians
Regional Healthcare System in Naples, Fla. Howe earned her bachelor’s
degree in executive management from Edison College in Fort Myers, Fla,
and her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University
of Maryland in Adelphi, Md.
Tim Bryant, CRA, MBA, RT(R)(N) joined the Health System in 2007 as manager
of Radiology and Cardiopulmonary Services for the Camden Campus. A nuclear
medicine technologist with over 10 years of radiology leadership experience,
he accepted an interim position as radiology operations manager for the
Brunswick Campus in early 2014. His excellent leadership and support to
the department resulted in a promotion. Prior to joining the Health System,
Bryant served 20 years in the United States Air Force as a staff radiologic
technologist, nuclear medicine technologist, and, lastly, as radiology
manager of the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Elmendorf Air Force Base
in Alaska. Bryant earned his bachelor’s degree in management communications
from Southern Christian University in Montgomery, Ala., and his master’s
degree in business administration with a healthcare management concentration
from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Ala.
A Health System team member for more than 15 years, the promotion of Diana
Cameron, RRT, to
manager
of Radiology and Cardiopulmonary Services for the Camden Campus is yet
another example of the Health System’s tradition of promoting from
within and developing the strengths of existing team members. Prior to
the promotion, Cameron served as team coordinator for Respiratory Therapy,
Brunswick Campus, for 10 years. She earned her associate’s degree
and certification in respiratory therapy from
SantaFe
Community College in Gainesville, Fla.
