December 8, 2015 – Glynn and Camden County and surrounding area residents
have the opportunity to learn more about the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
and the Marketplace health insurance plan options during public forums.
The forums, led by a certified health navigator, will be held at the Southeast
Georgia Health System Brunswick and Camden campuses.
The next event will be held on the Camden Campus on Wednesday, Dec. 9,
from 4:30-8:30 p.m., in the Cafeteria Conference Room, 2000 Dan Proctor
Drive, St. Marys.
The Brunswick Campus event will take place on Thursday, Dec. 10, from 4:30-8:30
p.m. in the Miriam & Hugh Nunnally Maternity Care Center Conference
Room, 2415 Parkwood Drive, Brunswick (entrance is on the corner of Hampton
Avenue and Parkwood Drive).
To receive assistance with enrollment, attendees will need to bring proof
of home or mailing address, income verification, social security numbers
and birthdates for every member of the household, and policy numbers for
any current health care coverage.
