Do you suffer from a stuffy nose that makes breathing difficult or that
causes facial pain or pressure? Did you know that more than 37 million
Americans suffer from at least one episode of acute sinusitis each year?
The symptoms for acute sinusitis include facial pain and/or pressure,
nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, and a decreased sense of smell. In
addition, sufferers of this disorder may possibly incur a fever, bad breath,
fatigue, dental pain and a cough.
Join us on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, as Sherman Stevenson, M.D., otolaryngologist
with Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Ear, Nose & Throat, presents
"Breathe Easy: Coping with Sinusitis." The lecture will offer
important information on sinus infections, homeopathic preventive measures
and complications of untreated sinusitis.
The free lecture will take place from 12 - 1 p.m. at Velocity Health &
Fitness, 1520 West Orange Street, Jesup, GA.
Every month, Southeast Georgia Health System offers free health education
lectures. Topics of discussion vary each month. At the conclusion of each
lecture, the speaker will hold a question and answer session. In addition,
a light lunch is served.
Southeast Georgia Physician Associates - Ear, Nose, & Throat is a strategic
