"Supporting Family Members With Memory Loss" Topic of Free Nursing Home Week Health Education Lecture

BRUNSWICK, Georgia: May 7, 2013 – In honor of National Nursing Home
Week, May 12-18, 2013, the Southeast Georgia Health System Senior Care
Center-Brunswick invites the community to attend a free health education
lecture titled “Supporting Family Members With Memory Loss.”
Presented by Janice Vickers, executive director of Alzheimers of Glynn/Brunswick,
the lecture will offer information on the symptoms of dementia, causes
of memory loss, and how to interact with and support friends and family
members experiencing memory loss.
The free lecture will take place on
Tuesday, May 14, 3-4 p.m.,
at the Southeast Georgia Health System Senior Care Center-Brunswick, 2611
Wildwood Drive, Brunswick, Ga.
A similar lecture will take place on
Wednesday, May 15, 5-6 p.m.at the Southeast Georgia Health System Senior
Care Center-St. Marys, 805 Dilworth Street, St. Marys, Ga.
