Brunswick Campus Auxiliary Donates $100,000 to Health System

The Southeast Georgia Health System Brunswick Campus Auxiliary presented $100,000 to the Health System during their recent holiday luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 5. The funds were raised through the Brunswick Campus Gift Shop and Auxiliary fundraising events held December 2012 through November 2013.

Gary R. Colberg, FACHE, president and CEO, thanked the volunteers and commended them on their fundraising accomplishments. “We are very grateful for the Auxiliary’s generosity and commitment to helping us meet the needs of our community. Your compassion and giving natures make a difference to everyone who walks through our doors, whether it be a patient, visitor, team member, or fellow volunteer.”

Auxiliary donations are used for items that benefit patients and, in the past, have included waiting room furniture, telemetry equipment, a high-tech simulation mannequin and, most recently, supported the completion of the Health System’s new Center for Educational Development
