BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Feb. 7, 2012 — Southeast Georgia Health System
is pleased to announce that Kay Page, accounts payable supervisor, Finance/Accounting
Department for the Brunswick Campus, has been named the latest Star of
the Quarter. Each quarter, Health System team members may nominate a fellow
team member that he or she feels goes above and beyond expectations in
meeting the Health System’s Service Excellence standards.
“Kay is the backbone of our department,” says Lisa A. Morgan,
director, Finance/Materials Management. “She consistently performs
well beyond what is expected and takes a tremendous amount of pride in
her work. Kay embraces change and has done a great job of adapting and
keeping up with the tremendous growth of the Health System. All of her
fellow team members and customers respect and look up to her and we couldn’t
be happier about her winning this much deserved award.”
Page, a resident of Woodbine, joined the Health System in 1985. She is
a native of Camden County and graduated from Camden County High School.
Page is an active member of First Baptist Church of Woodbine where she
serves as choir director and plays the organ. She is the daughter of William
Walls of Woodbine, a former long-time member of the Health System’s
Camden Campus Advisory Board and the late Jackie Walls. She and her husband,
Chris, have two children, Lindsey and Logan.
