ST. MARYS, Georgia: Jan. 30, 2012–Georgia Stilson was named Volunteer
of the Quarter at the Southeast Georgia Health System Camden Campus Auxiliary’s
recent quarterly luncheon at the Laurel Island Links Clubhouse in Kingsland.
In addition to volunteering in the Outpatient Rehabilitation Care Center
on the Camden Campus, Stilson is a member of the family selection committee
for Habitat for Humanity and a member of the King of Peace Episcopal Church
Altar Guild, where she also serves as a greeter. Additionally, she is
the vice president of operations and events for the Kings Bay Navy League
and in her spare time loves to play mahjong.
“Georgia is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of our Auxiliary,”
says Kristin Doll, director, Volunteer Services. “She continually
recruits new volunteers and it’s obvious she enjoys volunteering
in our Outpatient Rehabilitation Care Center as well as throughout the
community.” Volunteers, from teenagers to seniors, work throughout
the Health System at both the Camden and Brunswick campuses, as well as
the Senior Care Centers in St. Marys and Brunswick. To find out more about
volunteering, contact Kristin Doll at 912-576-6405 or visit www.sghs.com.
