BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Aug. 23, 2011 – Southeast Georgia Health System
is pleased to announce the promotion of team member Ryan Kaylor, R.N.,
to the position of manager of Patient Care Services for 5 Medical on the
Brunswick Campus.
Kaylor joined the Health System in 2007 as a staff nurse on 5 Medical.
In 2009, he was promoted to clinical leader for his area until being promoted
to manager. Prior to arriving at the Health System, Kaylor worked in the
Surgical Intensive Care Unit on the Baroness Campus of Erlanger Health
System in Chattanooga, Tenn., and later as an orthopaedic staff nurse
at Memorial Health Care System, also in Chattanooga.
He completed his associate’s degree in nursing from Cleveland State
Community College in Cleveland, Tenn. Kaylor is a member of the American
Nurses Association, the Georgia Nurses Association, the Academy of Medical-Surgical
Nurses and is an American Red Cross basic life support instructor. Additionally,
he volunteers at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center on Jekyll Island and formerly
serves as a volunteer SCUBA diver at the Tennessee Aquarium.
