Login Instructions

Please use the username you received during EMR training as your User ID. Credentialed providers should use the username you received during orientation. User ID and Password are the same the first time you log in. Once logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight (8) characters and will be case sensitive.
