Reviews

Slightly longer wait than usual, I always bring reading material IN CASE this happens. I really do understand that sometimes circumstances may cause a delay in the physician being able to see me promptly so I try to be prepared.
Doctor was very nice. Dr. Sullivan Explains all needs, concerns and procedures.
Every time I have visited the office both clerical and professional staff has been very helpful, courteous, efficient and professional.
Excellent care and listened to my concerns.
A two hour wait between the time I got there and the time he saw me!!!!
He's very patient and caring.
The only thing I didn't like was the wait. I waited an hour before I saw the dr. & then another hour inside the room waiting to be treated.
*Dr. Michael Sullivan is a true professional. He is an expert in his field. He listened to my concerns and offered advice and possible solutions. He assisted me with the pain in my thumb with a shot and suggestions for future treatments.
Dr. Sullivan is an excellent doctor and surgeon trying to prevent me from losing the use of my hands.
No problems other than wait tiime
Good outcome. Very nice doctor
Dr. Sullivan explained what was wrong with my wrist, discussed the course of treatments and asked what I preferred, which was an injection, which he then did.
My appointment was for 11:20 am and I did not get in the back until 1:20pm
I waited over 1 hour from the time I was taken to a room before the Dr came to see me. When I was taken to the room I was told the doctor would be in in a few minutes, not an hour plus.
The provided listened to what I had to say and explained what he would do to try and help my situation.
Everyone was very nice but wait time to see the doctor was about 2 hrs. That stinks.
The longest wait ever. I had a 9:30 appt and was not seen til 11:32. The appointed was over by11:50. I understand it is a busy office. Never an explanation (ie held up in surgery, emergencynothing). Just an office full of waiting people.
Good, efficient service
Very helpful.
I am thoroughly pleased with the services Dr. Sullivan provided me.
DR.SULLIVAN ALWAYS TAKES TIME WITH ME AND ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE ABOUT MY CARE.
Wait time was almost two hours. I know emergencies happen but I wish the staff had the option of telling you so you could make the decision to wait or reschedule
Excellent
Always accessible, helpful with treatment, advice, what to expect after treatment and f/u and future treatment plans. Always professional yet extremely friendly and comfortable to talk with!
Waited exactly one hour after my appointment was scheduled before having someone ask what I was staring at. I told them my appointment was scheduled for one hour ago. Was Doctor Sullivan even there? She said it's a typical Sullivan day, she'd check and get back to me. She came back saying it would be at least another hour before he could see me since he is backed up. There was at least five others still ahead of me. I told her I couldn't wait over two hours for a followup scheduled appointment I made six weeks prior. I needed to leave. She responded asking if I was sure because the doctor is the best hand doctor around. My last appointment I waited over one hour after my scheduled appointment. Google reviews of this office as well as specifically this doctor show he can't keep a schedule. He regularly has excessive wait times. Why is my time worth nothing to them? And why does this practice continue to book him with unrealistic times? I don't care if he's the best in the country, he can't care enough about his patients to see them at heir scheduled time, I'll bring my business elsewhere. He tops the list with his office for the worst office and doctor I've ever been to.0.0, absolute trash! Deplorable!
I waited an HOUR in the exam room to see the doctor.
Pleasant as always
Explained everything in detail that will be done
Very good experience from having a bad fall
Dr. Sullivan is a wonderful hand surgeon who is doing his best to save my hands from a genetic crippling disease.
Dr. Sullivan did an excellent job with the procedure.
He never really said what the problem is.
He was very nice.
Dr. Sullivan is always courteous, respectful and professional.
Dr. Sullivan is excellent asset for SGHS.
I went in for injection for my hands, it is so painful. DR. Sullivan always is so kind..He tries to make me as comfortable as possible..
Very nice and understanding doctor
I was very impressed with the doctor who treated me - he really listened and took the time to ensure I understood everything. I felt listened to and heard. I had an excellent experience for my first time there.
Dr. Sullivan is excellent! I did have to wait quite a while after getting into the examination room for Dr. Sullivan to enter.
He was very friendly and helpful. Great Doctor.
Not seeing the doctor on time was my only concern
My only issue was the long wait to see the doctor. My appointment was 9:15, and a didn't see Dr. Sullivan until 10:15.
Dr. Sullivan listens to you and responds to concerns. He doesn't try to rush you out of the office.
Dr. Sullivan is very good and I have no issues with my care. However, he is never on time with an average of 1-2 hours being late. I certainly understand that his time is valuable, but so in mine. Once my follow-ups are complete, I'll be looking for a different hand surgeon should I ever need one again. Sorry, the truth hurts.
Dr. Sullivan was very nice he took as much time as as he could with me and I just appreciate all that he did .
My only concern is the wait time is too long.
My son treated with Dr. Sullivan for 6 weeks. He received excellent care and healed quickly and is now getting back to normal in school and sports. I have already referred a friend to the practice and will continue to do so.
Third visit follow up after two previous injections. Discharged with good results.
Love this doctor he is very thorough and I prefer to go to the Saint Simons office
Dr Sullivan and his staff are outstanding. Everyone is upbeat and incredibly helpful.
Dr Sullivan was very thorough and explained my condition in detail. Very professional and kind
Professional, caring & skillful.
Always professional and knowledgeable. Great service.
Dr. Sullivan was respectful and kind. He checked my hand and arm where the surgery was completed. He offered suggestions to continue with the healing process.
Dr Sullivan is one of the finest doctors I've ever and very easy to talk . A real human being!
Dr. Sullivan performed surgery on my wrist. He was always thorough in his explanations and very personable. He was honest about what I would experience post surgery and very encouraging. He told me it was a 2 month recovery and that at that point I would be glad I did it. He was exactly right. I felt like he cared about me as a person and was concerned about my overall health.
I love Dr Sullivan , great human bein, with a good sense of humor I will not see any other doctor for my knees .he takes good care of them
Dr. Sullivan operated on me twice in two months Both were positive experiences.
Dr. Sullivan is an awesome provider. Dedicated to his patients!
We waited an hour for the doctor. No explanation no apology. He spent maybe three minutes with me. He gave me a shot and said f that doesn't work we will do surgery then left. What kind of surgery? What is actually wrong with my wrist?
Very kind and through about condition.
Long wait time, understandable. Great doctor
Dr Sullivan always explains things so that I can understand what is going on.
Dr Sullivan is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.
Professional, respectful, explained my diagnosis really well !!
Dr Sullivan and his staff are outstanding. Everyone is upbeat and positive. They all were very helpful and kind.
Very concerned with trying to help me in getting the use of my hands back.
Dr Sullivan is very professional. He listens to my concerns and gives answers and treatment options in a way that I can understand and that I know are pertinent to my recovery. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has and does not rush through his assessment and makes sure all my questions are answered.
Dr.Sullivan has always been kind and very thorough with each visit. You are very fortunate to have him working withSGHS
I came in because I had painful trigger fingers in the ring finger of both my hands. The whole staff from the waiting room at the office, to the examination room were very polite, very friendly, very informative and helpful. Dr. Sullivan was phenomenal. Very kind man. He listened to my concerns. Gave me clear understanding as to what the issues were and addressed them. He was very kind, polite and gentle. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you feel as though "finally" someone truly cares about your level of pain and they want to help alleviate it. I am so happy with my treatment here and will highly recommend this office to others.
My doctor explained everything to me he was very helpful
Satisfactory visits
Wonderful Doctor!
Appointment time was 11:25, waited in waiting room till after 12 Noon, was taken back to exam room, waited till after 1PM before the Doctor came in, this was after I asked if I had been forgotten or missed. This was very rude. Then the Dr. Was to the point and he left. I guess his was lunch was not what he expected.
I feel like his callous attitude was very uncalled for. I was upset about having to wait two hours in the waiting room just to be seen. I brought this up to him and his answer was, if I were going out to dinner would I go to a restaurant that no one was at or would I go to the one that there were people at because they must have good food there. If I was swift enough I should have said. That's why when you go to a nice busy restaurant you make a reservation/ appointment so that you don't have to wait to be seated/ seen. When he was writing some notes I asked him what he was writing and he said "I'll tell you when I'm done writing my note. I feel like he should have talked to me and on his time he can write his notes. He never did explain to me what he was writing.
With the amount of people in the waiting room when I arrived (45 people) I'm sure he won't miss that I will not come back to see him again. Thank you for asking how things went.
He was very knowledgeable and told me what I had to do and what he was going to do to help me.
I love my experience with Dr Sullivan. He's always respectful, great listener, has a wonderful bed side manner, he cares about his patients well being, very knowledgeable about my condition & explains things so I understand. He's a wonderful doctor
Very helpful and caring. Office vist was on time and doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition.
I enjoyed this visit very much.
Dr Sullivan it's one of the best physicians I've ever been to. I understood everything he said about the procedure and follow up.
Dr Sullivan his PA and everyone on his team awesome
I like the doc- very friendly, very knowledgeable
Dr Sullivan is outstanding! Wish he could reduce the wait times, though
Dr. Sullivan is always pleasant, personable and attentive. He is an exceptional surgeon and it is always a blessing to visit his office.
Everything was fine.
The over booking of appointments should not happened and the waiting time should NOT be excessive. When the doctor only spends 3 minutes with you. I will find another doctor to treat me.
Great!!!
Always attentive & caring.
Dr. Sullivan is polite, funny & Friendly.
