Reviews

Very satisfied with care provided
Visit was short, but was satisfied with his comments.
Dr. McGregor's exam put my mind at ease
I liked the fact that my appointment with the doctor was on time, NOT waiting for a half hour before being seen by the doctor.Dr. McGregor was very professional, looked at my medical record before we met and answered my questions. I like doctors who get to the point and treat whatever needs to be treated, yet also take time to answer questions.I am very happy with Dr. McGregor
They are very good and professional and friendly
My visit was very good.
He was very compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
Great Patient Service
Since this was a post-op check, we were in and out quickly. Like that he took me off one of my medications.
This was my 1st time for this Dr as I was refered to him. He explained the procedures to which I could understand.
Always a good visit with all employed.
My experience with Dr. McGregor was good. I had a kidney stone. He crushed it.
Very positive
I place Dr McGregor in the highest rank of doctors. He listens carefully and explains thoroughly what he tells you.
Excellent
Excellent visit. Courteous staff and physician.
Effective and efficient
This was the first visit I had with Dr. McGregor and I was very impressed with him. He seemed very understanding and knowledgeable about my problem. We discussed a plan of treatment and made an appointment for a follow up appointment.
It was a positive visit and the doctor was kind and helpful.

This was my first visit and I have more to follow but as far as professionalism and if you want to call it great customer service that was indeed done. I'm a very happy patient
It was good
New to the area I have been very pleased with the quality of medical care that I have been given by all of the Southeast Georgia Physician teams
All went well. This was an exploratory procedure. Everyone was professional.
Very good
It was a consultation about an upcoming same day surgery. It was great.
Dr. McGregor has the best bed side manner of any doctor that I see.
Excellent service over all
Nice doctor, very helpful
Dr. McGregor is great! He listens to me & answers all of my questions. He has a very calm demeanor, which is very reassuring to me.
Good
Great
I love Dr McGregor and his staff. They are very courteous, accommodating and listen with compassion. I have recommended Dr McGregor to several friends. He is so kind and professional.
The doctor prescribed a medication I was already on. If he would have looked at the list of my medicine I provided he would have known what I take. He seemed really rushed While this was over in 5 to 7 minutes. Nice guy though.
This was a follow up visit after prostate cancer. The procedure which Dr. McGregor suggested did what we hoped. My PSA dropped as predicted. As time moves on and have had to deal with an aging body, I am happy that SGPA has had staff to care for me in such a professional manner.
Prompt, to the point, and precise
Very good on all of my visits.
Always helpful & courteous
Everyone from the office staff to Dr. McGregor were all incredibly courteous and took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I understood their response.
Thanks. To. My. Provider. Helper .
Very pleased.
I was hospitalized with _____, *Dr. McGregor was my dr. I was totally satisfied with him. I'm continuing to see him for kidney stone issues.
Dr McGregor and his office were very efficient.
Great
I had an xray as ordered right before the visit. Evidently, the results were not made available to the provider's office prior to my seeing him. He spent a total of < 60 seconds in the exam room. I found this seeming lack of interest to be very annoying. My expectations were that I would get more time for comments and feedback for the money I was spending regardless of whether it was insurance money or not.
Dr. McGregor was respectful, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm so happy that he is now my urologist.
Provider didn't talk to me more then 5 minutes, very dismissive.
It was just fine
Very nice and concerned about my health
Very professional and friendly answered all my questions
Great
I was referred to follow up on a change in my PSA level. Dr McGregor was very thorough in his exam and information concerning my health
Excellent in every way!
All good
Great
Very good no problems.
Great service as always
Dr. McGregor and his staff are wonderful.

Should You Be Screened for Prostate Cancer?

Article in Healthy Partners Fall 2022 Edition ButtonHealthy Partners, Fall 2022

Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men — second only to skin cancer. Fortunately, screenings can find prostate cancer early, which can make a difference in a man’s health. Doctors use a digital rectal exam (DRE) and a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test to screen for prostate cancer. PSA (a substance made by the prostate gland) is often elevated in men with prostate cancer or other prostate conditions.
