Jason M. Joseph, M.D., board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, practices at
Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Obstetrics & Gynecology in Brunswick, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Florida and earned his medical degree from the American University
of the Caribbean, St. Maarten. Prior to joining the Health System, he
completed his residency at University of Tennessee College of Medicine
in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and he is a Fellow of The American Congress
of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
A Jacksonville native, Dr. Joseph moved with his wife, a pediatrician,
and twin sons to practice medicine in the Golden Isles. He offers a full
scope of women’s health services, including routine exams, surgical
and nonsurgical treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse
and obstetrical care for both routine and complicated pregnancies. A passionate
surgeon, he uses the most advanced technology available for gynecological
procedures:
da Vinci® Robotic Surgery.
This advanced technology enables Dr. Joseph to perform minimally invasive
gynecological surgeries, such as a "single-site" hysterectomy,
with a smaller incision site, resulting in shorter hospital stays, less
blood loss and fewer complications. Patients suffering from heavy uterine
bleeding, endometriosis, and cervical and endometrial cancer can all benefit
from this innovative robotic technology.
From the joy of childbirth to the satisfaction of providing innovative
surgical treatments, Dr. Joseph enjoys every aspect of his specialty and
the unique bond it allows him to create with patients. He takes special
pride in treating his patients with the same care, expertise and kindness
that he would want given to his mother, sister, grandmother, or daughter.
When he isn’t practicing medicine, you can find Dr. Joseph enjoying
the outdoors and pursuing his favorite pastimes, fishing and hunting.
