Every one was very nice and professional.

Wasnt happy with my opt.No Dr should tell you they dont know and there nothing they can do for you.and dismiss you after your frist visit.instead read there chart see if there are any test that could be ran.that I havent all ready did.for nerve damage.can diffently see why there rating are so bad......want be back to that offices.

Wonderful doc and staff. I had to bring a toddler with me and all of the staff were very kind.

He explained about my broken for and ordered the test. This visit was for the results of that test. He was very respectful.

Still with some pain, he explained the results of past injection and the pain will get better and it did.

We cooperate well together and I have been using the same services for many, many years.

The wait times are unacceptable. We sat in the waiting room almost 1 hour past the scheduled appointment time and then an additional 15 minutes or so in the exam room. The provider explained he was going to be out of the office for 1.5 days so all of his appts were over booked to accommodate his time off. This seems to be the regular as our last followup appt was almost an hour late as well.

The wait time was terrible I waited almost an hour to see him and then I waited another hour it was over 2 hours before I got out of there which is unacceptable.

In think Frank Clements is one of the best around. He has many years of experience, knows what he's talking about and has a wonderful bedside manner.

I am grateful and thankful for the care and special attention that I received by everyone in the office. They went above and beyond to help me get around and they were as kind and respectful as they could possibly be. They made me feel important and cared for.

This provider has no bedside manner. He spent a total of two minutes in my appointment. After I paid a 60 copay. Just to be referred out.

Mr. Clements's bedside manner remains to be desired. He didn't even look at my toe, not tell me to return or ask how it felucca. It is broken.

During this visit I decided to wait for a knee injection hoping to not need it at this time. Provider was respectful and listened to my decision without prejudice or any pressure. I felt listened to.

I had a x-ray on my elbow and arm. *Frank Clements looked at my x-rays. I described where the pain was. *Frank Clements told me I had tennis elbow. *Frank Clements gave me a cortisone shot and on exercise sheet. My elbow was 100 precent better the next day.
