Free Yoga Classes Free yoga classes for those in cancer treatment or recovery, and their caregivers. Local yoga instructors who have been trained by the Christina Phipps Foundation will lead a gentle yoga class designed to help range of motion and pain limitations. Yoga mats will be provided, or you may bring your own. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and towel to class. The date for this event has passed.
