Team Member Discount Policy:
Southeast Georgia Health System maintains a webpage on their team member
portal to allow vendors the opportunity to offer discounted services and
products to Health System team members. Vendors interested in participating
may apply using our online application. By submitting an application,
you agree to the following:
- Southeast Georgia Health System is not endorsing any product or service,
nor is Southeast Georgia Health System guaranteeing the quality or suitability
of any product or service.
- The discount offer will be made available to all Southeast Georgia Health
System active team members presenting appropriate credentials.
- It is the responsibility of vendor offering a discount to establish the
individual purchaser’s eligibility for an offered discount.
- Any agreement to purchase products or services, and the resolution of any
disputes arising from such purchase, is between the vendor and the team
member as the purchaser.
- Approval for participation is at Southeast Georgia Health System’s
sole discretion.
Southeast Georgia Health System reserves the right to change its policies
and procedures, to discontinue the Team Member Discount Program and to
withdraw approval from any vendor at any time and for any reason without
advance notice.
