Appointments are available at two locations:
Brunswick Campus: Tuesdays, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., and Thursdays, 4-6 p.m.
Camden Campus: Mondays, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

- Anyone age 12 and older is eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
- Anyone age 18 and older is eligible to receive the J&J vaccine. (Available
- Anyone age 18 and older is eligible to receive the Moderna vaccine. (Available
upon request for second and third doses only.)
Third Dose Eligibility:
Moderna third doses are available for those age 65 and older with a physician’s note
verifying they have an immunocompromised condition.
Pfizer third doses are available to those who meet the
CDC criteria issued September 24. Pfizer booster doses are only approved for individuals
who received the Pfizer vaccine more than six months ago. Qualifying individuals include:
- People age 65 years and older.
- People age 18 and older who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure
because of where they work, such as health care settings, schools and
- People age 18-65 with certain underlying medical conditions.
- Residents in nursing home and long-term care settings.
Those who qualify for the third dose should bring their vaccine card indicating
that the second dose was given at least six months ago. Individuals must
receive the same vaccine, Pfizer or Moderna, for each dose. Appointments
are strongly encouraged to ensure vaccine availability.

appointment. Once all appointments are filled, the appointment scheduler
will automatically close.
To receive a vaccine at a Southeast Georgia Health System vaccination site,
you must register online for an appointment. Please enter as much information
as possible during your registration to expedite your process. Also, if
possible, please download, print, complete and bring the vaccine
consent form with you to your appointment.
Please bring your Medicare and/or insurance card and a form of identification,
wear a shirt that gives access to the upper arm and wear a mask. Individuals
receiving the vaccine are not personally responsible for the cost of the
COVID-19 vaccine or the administration of that vaccine, but we do charge
your insurance. Following the vaccination, recipients will be required
to remain in an observation area for 15 minutes to ensure they do not
experience any adverse reaction. Recipients must also be available for
a second dose 21 or 28 days later, depending on the type of vaccine received.
