Confirm you are eligible
The Georgia Department of Public Health has announced that all individuals
in the Phase 1A+ group are eligible for the vaccine at this time.
Georgia residents eligible for the vaccine include:
- Health care workers (physicians, nurses, laboratory technicians, EMS personnel,
environmental services, etc.)
- Residents and staff of long-term care facilities
- Adults aged 65 and older plus one caregiver
- Law enforcement, firefighters, first responders

February 19, 2021: Kingsland Vaccine Update
Due to the winter storm currently affecting the United States, our COVID-19
Moderna vaccine shipment has been delayed. All second dose appointments
scheduled for Monday, Feb. 22 at the Camden PSA Recreation Center are
now rescheduled to Friday, Feb. 26 at the same appointment time.
Please note: this only affects Moderna second dose appointments scheduled
for Monday, Feb. 22. We apologize for the inconvenience. There are NO walk-in appointments available.

February 19, 2021: Brunswick Vaccine Update
Book an appointment online to receive the Pfizer vaccine at our Brunswick
location! Please click on the “Brunswick” button below and
complete the online form to book your appointment. Once all appointments
are filled, the appointment scheduler will automatically close.
To receive a vaccine at a Southeast Georgia Health System vaccination site,
you must register online for an appointment. Please enter as much information
as possible during your registration to expedite your process. Also, if
possible, please download, print, complete and bring the vaccine
consent form with you to your appointment.
Appointments will be available at two locations. To make an appointment,

Vaccination day
Individuals must bring their Medicare card and a form of identification,
wear a shirt that gives access to the upper arm and wear a mask. Following
the vaccination, recipients will be required to remain in an observation
area for 15 minutes to ensure they do not experience any adverse reaction.
Recipients must also be available for a second dose 21 or 28 days later,
depending on the type of vaccine received.
