Volunteer With Us
Volunteering at the Southeast Georgia Health System is an outstanding way to show your commitment to the community. Better yet, it’s a fun and fulfilling way to help others, meet new people, explore the world of health care and learn new skills.
There are many ways to volunteer your time at the Health System. Whether you enjoy working directly with patients, working in retail or prefer a behind-the-scenes role, we’ve got a place for you!
More than 300 people currently enjoy volunteering at our Brunswick and Camden campuses as well as our Senior Care Centers and Coastal Medical Access Project (CMAP) clinics.
Some of the ways you can contribute your time and skills include:
- Guest Services and Information Desk
- Pet Therapy program
- Pastoral Care program
- Gift Shop representatives
- Administrative or clinical support
- Patient and Senior Care Center resident visits
- Clerical support
- Many other opportunities
We try to match your skills and interests where they best meet the needs of our patients and our organization. In order for our volunteers to get the most out of this experience, our selection process is very thorough.
