Diabetes Education Program
Our Diabetes Education Program has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association. The program offers comprehensive diabetes education and promotes self-management skills. The program consists of four (4) sessions, with both day and evening classes.
* Participants must have a doctor’s order for this program.

Carbohydrate Counting 101
Confused about what to eat? Sign up for this session and learn about: 1) Effect of food on your blood sugar; 2) What foods send up your blood sugar; and, 3) How to plan your diet to better control your blood sugar. Leave the program feeling confident about what to eat.Classes will be held on both campuses on the same day:
