Free Cervical Cancer Awareness Seminar

BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Dec.27, 2007 – Learn more about cervical cancer at a free seminar being presented by Southeast Georgia Health System beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the Camden County Recreation Center, 1050 Wildcat Drive, Kingsland.

Board certified obstetrician/gynecologist Fareed Kadum, MD, will be the speaker for this event. Dr. Kadum completed his residency at Emory University’s OB/GYN Program in Atlanta, where he served as Chief Resident. He also earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. Before joining the medical staff of the Health System’s Camden Campus on Oct. 1 of this year, Dr. Kadum was most recently in practice at Cartersville OB/GYN Associates in Cartersville, Georgia, a practice he founded in 1984.

Dr. Kadum is a Fellow of both The American College of Surgeons and The College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Fertility Society, the American Association of Gynecologists Laparoscopists, and the Georgia OB/GYN Society. In addition to his board certifications in obstetrics, gynecology and surgery, he is also board certified in laparoscopy. His office is located at 203 Lakeshore Point, Suite A, in St. Marys.
