Flex--An Exercise Class for People with Arthritis at Camden Campus
BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Jan. 25, 2007 – According to the Arthritis Foundation, exercise decreases fatigue, strengthens bones and muscles, and improves flexibility in those with arthritis. That is why Southeast Georgia Health System is offering Flex—an exercise program for people with arthritis. The class, which is taught by a certified Arthritis Foundation exercise instructor, is specifically designed to increase mobility and range of motion with a series of gentle movements and activities.
This class will begin on Monday, Feb. 5, at 3 p.m., and will meet each Monday and Thursday for eight-weeks in Suite 100 of the Health Pavilion at Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden Campus, 2000 Dan Proctor Drive. There is a fee of $43, and pre-registration is required. Enrollment limited to 15 participants, so call (912) 576-6450 to register or for more information.
