Community Lecture Series: Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle
BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Sept. 24, 2008—As part of Southeast Georgia Health System’s continuing efforts to raise awareness about the importance of preventive medicine, Robert Wilson, MD, will give a lecture “Preventive Care: Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle” on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m., in the Camden County Recreation Center, 1051 Wildcat Drive in Kingsland.
The lecture will focus on practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar, and the importance of scheduling annual checkups. Questions are welcome after the presentation, and light refreshments will be served.
