Brantley Family Medicine Center Moves

BRUNSWICK, Georgia: Jan. 10, 2008 – Cooperative Healthcare Services, Inc.’s (CHSI) Brantley Family Medicine Center, currently located in Nahunta, is moving to a more centralized location. Beginning, Jan. 14, 2008, patients will be seen in the new location at 21300 Hwy 82, Suite C, in the Satilla Grocery shopping center in the Atkinson Community. The community is also invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 31, at 5 p.m. to meet the staff, enjoy refreshments, giveaways, and tour the new facility.

According to Michelle Morris, assistant vice president in charge of the CHSI’s Family Medicine and Immediate Care Centers, the new location will be more convenient for patients.

“We’re moving to better serve the needs of our Brantley County patients. This new site is more centrally located for their convenience, and has ample parking,” Morris says. “Although we are moving, the same professional team our patients have grown to rely on will be there to provide complete health care for all. We will also continue to offer a full range of healthcare options: preventive medicine, treatment for existing problems, X-ray and laboratory services on-site, and more.”

The hours of the Center will continue to be Mondays-Fridays from 8:30-5 p.m. CHSI is a strategic affiliate of Southeast Georgia Health System. For more information, please call (912) 778-3556.
