Friends of the Foundation

In grateful recognition of their generosity, our Friends of the Foundation Program provides special membership benefits to those who make a commitment of $5,000, which can be paid over a period of five years. Membership to the Friends program provides:

• A personalized Friends of the Foundation membership card to present when registering for services at the Health System.
• Your medical information will be kept on file and readily accessible in order to alleviate a portion of the paperwork required in a medical event.
• A telephone number that is answered by a Foundation team member 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in the event you or your spouse need medical attention.
• Invitations to receive complimentary preventative health screenings and services throughout the year.
• Invitations to all VIP Health System programs and special events.
• Your name listed on one of our Donor Recognition walls.
